I am writing to you today with mixed emotions. My son and business partner is about to embark on a new challenge. Brad is the new Director of Sales & Marketing for NÖVO By Design, an international manufacturer of exterior architectural products. He starts in his new role in the New Year.
Brad was introduced to this opportunity while helping NÖVOwith their commercial real estate needs. They saw in Brad what we've always known, that he is a capable, caring and talented young man committed to meeting the needs of his clients.

On a personal note, it has been a great privilege to work with my son every day for so many years. I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished together.
In the interim, Dianne DeCaluwe and I will assume responsibility for Brad's current portfolio. Concurrently, we will be looking to replace Brad with a proven professional who shares our company's core values and has the experience to assume a robust portfolio of assignments.
