Our Team

As Partner and Sales Representative of Gleed Commercial, Megan brings more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

After operating her own successful children’s retail clothing store, she joined DTZ Barnicke London Windsor Sarnia Ltd. in 2006 where she oversaw all operations and the management of a large team of sales agents.

In 2012, Megan co-founded Gleed Commercial with her husband Rick.

In addition to her role as a licensed sales representative, Megan uses her superior organizational skills to conduct market research and oversee the administration, accounting, and management of customer relationships.

Megan’s strong expertise in operations, analytics and financial modeling offers deep insight into maximizing the value of real estate portfolios.

Megan is actively involved in the London community. She is a proud sponsor of Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) since 2006 and served on the  Capital Cabinet for Joan's Place, which will provide a safe home for young mothers and their children. In 2015 she received the YOU Steve Cordes Community Star Award.

Megan is currently the Chair of the Planning and Policy Committee at the London and Middlesex Heritage Museum (Fanshawe Pioneer Village) and has been an active Board Member since 2019.

Megan enjoys a variety of sports, as well as spending summers at the family cottage and winter ski trips.
